Job summary

Landing Point, a specialty finance investment manager founded in 2016, is seeking an AI Strategist to broaden the strategic use of artificial intelligence across its operations. You will lead initiatives to identify opportunities, set objectives, and coordinate with stakeholders to embed AI into workflows.

This role requires hands-on experience with AI tools, a strong command of Claude, and a track record of delivering scalable AI projects.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience with AI tools in professional settings.
• Deep familiarity with Claude for research, analysis, and project execution.
• Strong understanding of AI methodologies, implementation patterns, and best practices.
• Experience organizing projects across multiple teams or stakeholders.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, context management, and model capabilities.
• Experience writing code or building automations, integrations, or AI-enabled prototypes.
• Familiarity with APIs, scripting, data workflows, or developer-oriented AI environments.
• Experience in professional services, investment, financial, technology, or knowledge-intensive environments.

Compensation

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000, Plus Bonus
