We are looking for an experienced, resourceful, and highly independent AI Deployment Manager to join our growing AI team based in [Add location: EMEA/NA]. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of our AI products within client environments, working at the intersection of product, operations, IT, and customer success.
This role requires a startup mindset, hands-on project leadership, and a proven ability to manage complex deployments involving multiple stakeholders, including clients’ IT and security teams.
You will be responsible for end-to-end project management – from planning to go-live – ensuring our AI tools are seamlessly integrated into client operations. Experience with Smartsheet is a must, as you will own and manage project tracking, reporting, and dashboards.
