Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, resourceful, and highly independent AI Deployment Manager to join our growing AI team based in [Add location: EMEA/NA]. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful deployment of AI products within client environments, working at the intersection of product, operations, IT, and customer success.

This role requires a startup mindset, hands-on project leadership, and proven ability to manage complex deployments involving multiple stakeholders, including client IT and security teams.

You will be responsible for end-to-end project management—from planning to go-live—ensuring our AI tools are seamlessly integrated into client operations. Experience with Smartsheet is essential, as you will own and manage project tracking, reporting, and dashboards.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of AI software solutions across global client operations, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Own project planning and tracking using Smartsheet, including dashboards, Gantt charts, task assignments, and stakeholder updates.
• Act as the liaison between internal product teams, customer success, and client IT/security stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers to ensure successful deployment.
• Support client readiness activities such as user testing, training, and go-live planning.
• Ensure compliance with client security, privacy, and infrastructure requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve deployment playbooks and best practices continually.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in project management or customer success roles, preferably within a startup or tech environment.
• Proven track record managing software deployments in enterprise environments, especially in AI, SaaS, or IT consulting.
• Expert-level proficiency with Smartsheet, including dashboards, workflows, and project plans.
• Highly autonomous and self-directed, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with IT and security processes such as data privacy, InfoSec reviews, SSO, and integrations during software deployments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and remote-first environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum).
• Experience working with AI or automation technologies.
