Job summary

Gyde Health, Inc. is seeking an AI Deployment Specialist to implement GydeOS across acquired agencies. You will map books of business, wire CRMs, and tune the Gia AI agent to each agency’s needs, enabling fast, repeatable deployments.

In this hands-on role, you’ll stand up integrations, build quick dashboards, and craft a repeatable playbook for future rollouts while collaborating with Engineering and Partner Growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical, field-facing roles such as solutions engineering or technical implementation.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data validation, cleanup, and scripting.
• Experience using AI coding tools and building BI/analytics views.
• Bias toward executing a defined playbook over bespoke solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GydeOS stand-up for each agency, from kickoff to go-live.
• Integrate GydeOS with the agency's CRM and execute data migrations.
• Configure commissions, contracts, and agency-specific rules.
• Build lightweight BI views and dashboards for real-time health checks.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve inbound agency support requests.
