Job summary

Gyde is seeking an AI Deployment Specialist to implement GydeOS across newly acquired agencies. You will configure, connect CRM, map books of business, and tailor Gia AI agent behavior for each partner.

The role is hands-on, deploy-and-drive, embedded with agencies to achieve fast value and standardized setups. You will train agency staff, build lightweight dashboards, and create repeatable playbooks, while solving data issues with scripts and collaborating with Engineering.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical, field-facing role—solutions engineering, forward deployed specialist, technical implementation, or technical customer success.
• Comfortable with SQL and Python for data validation, cleanup, and light scripting.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Codex, Claude Code, or similar) in daily workflow.
• Experience building BI/analytics views (SQL + BI tool) for visibility into processes.
• Bias toward executing a playbook for repeatable speed over bespoke solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GydeOS stand-up for each newly acquired agency, from kickoff to go-live.
• Integrate GydeOS with the agency's CRM and migrate them onto a supported stack.
• Build lightweight BI views and reporting to monitor integration health in real time.
• Provide training and enablement across partner agencies and post-go-live support.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve inbound agency support requests after go-live.
• Travel to portfolio agencies during active integrations (~25%).
