Qualifications

• 2–5 years in technical project delivery, implementation engineering, or customer onboarding for enterprise software.
• Comfortable with APIs, enterprise software systems, cloud services, and data integrations.
• Excellent at explaining technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple enterprise AI CTRL deployments simultaneously.
• Serve as the primary contact during implementation.
• Connect client systems to AI CTRL and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams.
