Job summary

Naukr.ai is seeking a Customer Success Engineer - Deployment Intern to join the Bentonville team. This internship places you onsite to deploy and integrate the Naukr AI platform, train client teams, and troubleshoot setup issues while guiding adoption across the customer’s data environment.

The program runs three months, 32–40 hours per week, with potential to convert to full‑time based on employer demand. Must reside in Arkansas and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of databases, SQL and data workflows.
• Familiarity with ETL, dashboards or BI tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• On-Site Deployment & Integration: Travel to client sites locally to lead technical deployment.
• Data Integration Support: Assist customers with initial data connection and pipelines.
• Client Onboarding & Training: Conduct live training for data analysts and stakeholders.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve platform configuration issues on-site.
• Adoption Tracking: Ensure teams actively use the Naukr AI platform.
