Job summary

Apprenticely, in partnership with Caddell Reynolds, seeks an AI Operations Intern in Fort Smith, Arkansas (or Rogers). This three-month internship places selected candidates with employers across Arkansas to gain IT experience under the guidance of a professional mentor.

The role focuses on distilling information, building AI-assisted workflows, and translating case materials into actionable insights for attorneys.

Qualifications

• Ability to work through ambiguous problems independently.
• Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• Clear, confident written communication.
• Genuine interest in AI tools and willingness to develop expertise.
• Sound judgment with confidential client information.

Responsibilities

• Audit and organize the case management system to ensure files, deadlines, and client records are complete and accurate.
• Build AI-assisted workflows to process medical records, intake calls, and case documents, allowing attorneys to focus on casework.
• Drafting client updates and status communications for attorney review and approval.
• Document workflows and procedures to improve efficiency on future cases.
• Participating in intake and case review meetings and preparing follow-up summaries.
• Evaluating new AI tools and reporting findings and recommendations to the team.
• Developing simple dashboards to track case status and identify process bottlenecks.
