Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in AI/software engineering or related field.
• Proven ability to grasp new technologies and codebases quickly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and integration of Factory’s platform into customer environments.
• Act as the CEO's technical lead on customer engagements and travel on-site to accelerate adoption.
• Lead special engineering projects influencing product roadmap and customer outcomes.
• Respond rapidly to customer needs, troubleshoot across diverse codebases, and innovate to fit customer use cases.
• Develop tooling and documentation to support customer growth at scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Operations to translate feedback into improvements.
