Job summary

Silna Health, Inc. is seeking an AI Deployment Analyst to join the AI Operations team. You will design, test, and roll out AI deployments that interpret complex healthcare documents using OCR and agentic AI, enabling faster access to care.

You will collaborate with operations and engineering to translate workflows into AI specifications, develop playbooks, and stay current with AI prompting practices to ensure scalable solutions.

Qualifications

AI Deployment Analyst - Silna

About the Role:

We are looking for a curious, analytical teammate to join our AI Operations team at Silna. In this role, you’ll help us design, test, and roll out AI deployments that interpret complex healthcare documents, like treatment plans and prior authorization approval letters, using optical character recognition (OCR) and agentic AI. You will work on the end-to-end deployment of browser and phone agents for automating healthcare web-based workflows.

This is a great role for a recent graduate with a background in computer science, data science, or a non‑technical field who wants to apply those skills in a real‑world, high‑impact healthcare setting. You’ll work closely with operations and engineering to make sure our AI systems produce accurate, usable outputs that enable patients to access care faster.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and refine AI deployments that extract structured information from healthcare documents (e.g., treatment plans, prior authorization approvals) or web‑based authorization and verification workflows. Analyze model outputs for accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with operations and engineering teams to translate healthcare and insurance workflows into clear technical specifications for AI.
• Create documentation and playbooks to ensure prompt strategies are reproducible and scalable.
• Stay up‑to‑date with best practices in AI prompting, document parsing, and healthcare data handling.
• Work cross functionally with our team of healthcare experts to drive the roll out of our automation strategies.
• Measure and evaluate progress by creating clearly defined metrics.

Qualifications

• Background in computer science, data science, or non‑technical field but with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Interest in natural language processing concepts, AI/ML, or OCR technologies (coursework or internship experience counts!).
• Ability to think critically about ambiguous problems and propose structured solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with Python, SQL, or healthcare data/insurance workflows.
