CBIZ is seeking a Principal, Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end AI engagements across our client portfolio. You will align delivery with client objectives, regulatory considerations, and firm standards, leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in public accounting or related consulting, active CPA, and a track record of managing multi-workstream programs. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• CPA certification active is required.
• Experience leading AI, analytics, automation, or enterprise technology delivery engagements is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI engagements, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Oversee project teams, delivery methods, resource allocation, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with market development, architecture, engineering, and governance leaders.
• Manage client relationships, including status updates, risk mitigation, and escalation.
• Drive delivery standards, process improvements, and reuse of leading practices.
• Support engagement financials including forecasting, utilization, and margins.
• Model leadership, client service, and professional integrity in all work.
