Responsibilities

• Deliver 2–4 AI engagements with varying cadences end-to-end.
• Stand up a squad of 2–4 Applied AI engineers.
• Review PRs and code with the team.
• Uncover real problems, prove feasibility fast, decide what to ship.
• Translate business outcomes into technical tradeoffs.
