Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably overseeing data or software engineering initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross‑functional technical initiatives and deliver measurable project outcomes.
• Strong conceptual understanding of machine learning lifecycles and AI infrastructure.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams to clear roadblocks and manage timelines.
• Experience in financial services or fund administration preferred but not required.
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical AI projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate diverse resources across engineering, data science, and business operations to support transformation initiatives.
• Actively identify and mitigate risks specific to AI deployment, including regulatory compliance and data privacy.
• Facilitate clear communication between highly technical developers and business stakeholders.
• Establish project KPIs tied to delivery speed, budget adherence, and successful operational handoffs.
