You will rotate through AI & Innovation, APX Design Automation & Configuration, and Fuel Engineering Technology, gaining hands‑on AI experience and leadership exposure to multi‑department projects.

Upon completion, you join the AI solutions team to develop AI bricks, agents, and solutions. The program prepares you for strategic impact on global nuclear projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science with AI emphasis.
• 0+ years of experience; outstanding academic achievement listed on resume.
• Demonstrated leadership with concrete examples on resume.
• Willingness to relocate for rotations across departments.
• Knowledge of AI/digital technologies and ability to apply these solutions.
• Experience with Java, SQL/DB design, web programming (HTML/JS/CSS), REST APIs, MVC.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across rotations, plan, communicate and collaborate to deliver value.
• Understand department strategy and align with business direction.
• Identify improvements and use data analysis to propose solutions.
