Qualifications

• Professional experience leading customer workstreams from discovery through deployment and adoption.
• Strong customer-facing communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and workshop leadership.
• Experience with security, privacy, compliance, governance, and software lifecycle practices.
• Working domain knowledge of financial services including banking or insurance.
• Hands-on experience applying AI, generative AI, workflow automation or analytics to business problems.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, and agent orchestration.

• Lead discovery and problem framing with client stakeholders and define success measures.
• Own the solution architecture and deliver production‑quality output with measurable value.
• Drive adoption, client demonstrations, and pilots with stakeholders across teams.
