This hands-on role focuses on ensuring teams adopt AI‑enabled development practices and integrate AI tools into daily delivery.

We are seeking an experienced AI Delivery Coach / Technical Architect to assess, validate, and certify teams against an enterprise AI-Driven Lifecycle (AIDLC) maturity framework. This is a hands‑on, technical role focused on evaluating whether teams are genuinely adopting AI‑enabled development practices and integrating AI tools, agents, and automated workflows into their day‑to‑day delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and validate teams' adoption of AI‑driven delivery practices against established maturity and certification criteria.
• Evaluate the practical use of AI coding tools, agents, skills, plugins, and workflow automation.
• Review technical workflows, telemetry, delivery metrics, and outcomes to verify meaningful AI adoption.
• Assess team structures and operating models against modern AI‑enabled delivery practices.
• Help refine maturity frameworks, certification standards, and enterprise AI delivery guidelines.
• Partner with engineering and leadership teams to identify opportunities to improve AI adoption and delivery effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong hands‑on experience with AI‑enabled software development and delivery practices.
• Technical architecture or engineering background with a solid understanding of the AI‑driven SDLC/AIDLC.
• Experience using AI coding assistants, agents, plugins, and automated development workflows.
• Ability to evaluate technical evidence, telemetry, workflows, and delivery outcomes.
• Experience assessing engineering teams' adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
• Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to operate in ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, and enterprise technology standards.
• Familiarity with AI tool catalogs, plugin ecosystems, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience developing maturity models, assessment criteria, or certification frameworks.
• Experience working across large enterprise engineering organizations.
