Job summary
New York Technology Partners in Dallas seeks an experienced AI Delivery Coach / Technical Architect to assess, validate, and certify teams against an enterprise AI‑Driven Lifecycle maturity framework. This hands-on role focuses on ensuring teams adopt AI‑enabled development practices and integrate AI tools into daily delivery.
You will evaluate AI coding assistants, agents, plugins, and automated workflows, review telemetry and metrics, and help refine certification standards in partnership with
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled software development and delivery practices.
- Ability to evaluate AI tools, agents, plugins, and automated workflows.
- Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills in ambiguous environments.
- Experience assessing engineering teams' adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Assess and validate teams' adoption of AI‑driven delivery practices against maturity criteria.
- Evaluate practical use of AI coding tools, agents, plugins, and automated workflows.
- Review technical workflows, telemetry, delivery metrics, and outcomes to verify AI adoption.
- Assess team structures and operating models against modern AI‑enabled delivery practices.
- Help refine maturity frameworks, certification standards, and enterprise AI delivery guidelines.
- Partner with engineering and leadership teams to identify opportunities to improve AI adoption and delivery effectiveness.
