Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking an Infrastructure Solutions Architect to lead onsite deployments for AI datacenters in the Santa Clara area. You will troubleshoot hardware and deployment issues across GPU, networking, and storage, while collaborating with sales teams and customers to drive NVIDIA solutions adoption.

Required are 8+ years in system design or technical support, deep datacenter hardware knowledge, and strong networking and Linux skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
8+ years of system design or technical customer support experience.
Travel up to 50% to customers, partners and datacenters.
Deep knowledge of datacenter hardware and networking.
Strong analytical, time-management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication across engineering and leadership.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite technical leadership for large-scale NVIDIA AI datacenter deployments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and deployment issues across GPU, networking, and storage.
Act as a technical expert supporting sales teams and customers.
Lead technical engagement with customer engineers and decision-makers.
Support engagement with NVIDIA Cloud Partners and Enterprise customers for deployment and adoption.
