Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in the United States is seeking a Field Applications Engineer to support large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI computing systems. You will engage onsite with customers, solve hardware and deployment challenges, and act as a technical liaison between customers and NVIDIA’s sales teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of work-related experience in the high-tech electronics industry in a system design or technical customer support role.
In-depth knowledge of servers, storage, network devices, and other data center hardware.
Capable of multitasking in a multifaceted environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite support for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions.
Resolve complex hardware and deployment issues.
Be a technical specialist on GPU and networking products directly supporting sales account managers, working closely with the team to deliver outstanding AI datacenter solutions.
Actively establish the technical relationship with our customer’s engineers, management, and architects at focus accounts.
Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in the enterprise AI market.
Provide technical and sales training to the direct sales team and channel partners.
Establish positive relationships and communication channels with internal teams.
Up to 30% travel may be required.
