Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires BS or MS in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in high-tech system design or technical customer support.
• Strong knowledge of servers, storage, networks, and data-center hardware.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.
• Experience with GPU and networking products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions.
• Solve complex hardware and deployment issues.
• Serve as a technical specialist to support sales and channel partners.
• Establish technical relationships with customer engineers, management, and architects.
• Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in enterprise AI markets.
