Job summary

NVIDIA in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Field Applications Engineer focused on system design, networking, and enterprise AI deployments. You will provide onsite support for large datacenter deployments, troubleshoot hardware and deployment issues, and act as a technical specialist supporting sales and engineering teams.

Qualifications

BS/MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or CS (or equivalent).
5+ years of work-related experience in high-tech electronics in a system design or technical customer support role.
In-depth knowledge of servers, storage systems, network devices, and other data center hardware.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a constantly evolving environment.
Strong written and oral English communication for collaboration with management and engineering.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite support for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions.
Troubleshoot complex hardware and deployment issues.
Serve as a technical specialist on GPU and networking products to support sales teams.
Establish technical relationships with customers' engineers, management, and architects at focus accounts.
Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in the enterprise AI market.
Provide technical and sales training to the direct sales team and channel partners.
