Job summary

NVIDIA in Massachusetts is seeking an Infrastructure Solutions Architect to lead large-scale AI datacenter deployments and drive customer success. You will troubleshoot system and hardware issues, collaborate with sales teams and NVIDIA Cloud Partners, and define architectures that accelerate NVIDIA AI adoption in cloud environments.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in system design or technical support, expertise in datacenter hardware, and strong communication skills to work with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
2+ years in system design or technical customer support in tech industries (travel up to 50%).
Deep knowledge of datacenter hardware: servers, storage, network devices.
Strong communication and ability to collaborate with engineering and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite technical leadership for large-scale NVIDIA AI datacenter deployments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and deployment issues across GPU, networking, and storage.
Lead technical engagement with customer engineers, architects, and decision-makers.
Support engagement with NCPs and Enterprise customers to accelerate deployment and adoption of NVIDIA AI in cloud environments.
