Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Field Applications Engineer to support onsite datacenter deployments of AI computing systems and to work across teams to deliver outstanding enterprise solutions.

You will engage with customer engineers and account teams, identify architecture requirements, and provide training and technical guidance to drive successful deployments. The role requires a BS/MS in engineering or related fields and 5+ years in system design or technical support, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in high-tech electronics in a system design or technical support role.
• Deep knowledge of servers, storage systems, and data center hardware.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions.
• Solve complex hardware and deployment issues.
• Be a technical specialist supporting sales with GPU and networking products.
• Establish technical relationships with customer engineers, management, and architects at focus accounts.
• Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in the enterprise AI market.
• Provide technical and sales training to the direct sales team and channel partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful deployments.
