Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a Project Analyst – AI & Data Transformation in Charlotte, NC. You will coordinate AI and data initiatives, manage financial governance, and produce executive dashboards and reports to support decision-making.

The role collaborates with data engineers, analytics teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects stay on time, within scope, and within budget, with strong emphasis on governance and ROI measurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 1–6 years experience in project analysis, PMO, technology program management, or financial program tracking.
• 1+ year Experience supporting technology, AI, or data platform initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AI and data transformation programs across underwriting, claims, risk analytics, fraud detection, and customer insights.
• Manage financial tracking for AI and data transformation portfolios and conduct forecast analyses.
• Track program milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Develop dashboards and executive reports using Power BI/Tableau and present updates to leadership.
