Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in AI/ML or data science.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role building high‑performing technical teams.
• Proven track record deploying AI-powered solutions and automation with measurable ROI.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel; SQL and Alteryx a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year AI and automation strategy with KPIs.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain AI/data/automation specialists.
• Partner with business leaders to identify high-impact AI use cases.
• Oversee end-to-end AI projects from ideation to deployment.
• Establish governance for AI/Automation addressing PHI/PII and privacy.
• Lead change management and communicate AI value to leadership.
