Job summary

Idaho National Laboratory seeks a skilled engineer to design, develop, and enhance the DeepLynx data management and AI ecosystem, including data frameworks and digital twins. You will architect data systems for AI/ML readiness and build agentic AI workflows across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities include full-stack development, DevOps practices, and robust testing. Collaboration with scientists and engineers is essential to advance data-for-AI strategies and autonomous capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is required.
• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience or an advanced degree in the same fields is acceptable.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in C# and Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance the DeepLynx data management and AI ecosystem.
• Architect digital systems for data structuring and AI readiness.
• Build and support agentic AI workflows and related applications.
• Apply full-stack development across web, desktop, embedded, and hosted platforms.
• Implement DevOps practices to support CI/CD and deployment.
