Axyde Analytics, LLC is seeking an experienced AI/Data Strategy Engagement Lead for a contingent engagement related to ICE AI, Data and Technology Strategy/Architecture. Qualifications

• Lead stakeholder discovery and distinguish workflow, data, technology and governance causes of poor performance.
• Define outcome measures, reference baselines and acceptance criteria with mission owners; compare improvement options, including process changes and reuse of existing capabilities.
• Integrate technical evaluation, cost, security, privacy and accessibility findings into decision memoranda and an executable roadmap with owners, dependencies and benefits verification.
• Coordinate AI use-case governance and multidisciplinary review; maintain traceability from mission need to evidence and recommendations.
• Demonstrated leadership of AI, data or technology strategy engagements in federal or similarly complex regulated organizations.
• Evidence of workflow diagnosis, alternatives analysis and implementation planning that led to a documented decision and measurable results.
• Ability to challenge technical claims, communicate uncertainty and coordinate specialists without overstating available evidence.
