Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Technical Architect to bridge client delivery and internal IP development. You’ll partner with enterprise stakeholders to define AI and data platform architecture, then convert lessons into reusable IG Labs assets.

In this role you’ll oversee architecture across multiple engagements, shape future-state designs, and drive reuse metrics while mentoring engineers and collaborating with pre-sales teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical or solutions architecture experience across complex client engagements.
• Proficient in multiple cloud platforms and architectural governance patterns.
• Experience shaping architecture with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong ability to create diagrams, ADRs, and governance artifacts.
• Ability to abstract reusable patterns from bespoke client solutions.
• Comfortable operating in professional services or consulting environments.
• Experience with agentic AI systems and LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol in AI system integration.
• Background in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or insurance.
• Exposure to MLOps platform design and model governance.
• Prior consulting or systems integration experience.
• Contributed to IP libraries or accelerator repositories.
• Executive credentials or advanced degrees

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural oversight across multiple client engagements.
• Coordinate with delivery leads to tie architecture to project plans.
• Support pre-sales with defensible architectural thinking and proposals.
• Mentor delivery engineers and junior architects.
• Identify and address architectural drift and technical debt early.
