Job summary

PowerToFly seeks an Associate Vice President, AI and Data Solutions to lead data and AI initiatives for enterprise clients. You will plan engagements, oversee teams, and drive strategic technology decisions across data platforms and analytics programs.

You will bring a decade or more of consulting experience, hands-on Palantir Foundry expertise, and strong leadership in client engagements and sales support. Expect significant travel and collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience in enterprise data architecture, data strategy, analytics, AI/ML, and digital transformation.
• 2+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry experience, including data models, pipelines, and dashboards.
• 5+ years of Python and frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Databricks, AWS/Azure ML or SageMaker.
• 5+ years with cloud-native/DevOps: Kubernetes, Docker, Git, MLflow, Airflow, Jupyter.
• 5+ years designing RPA/BPA solutions with UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, K2, Appian, Kore.ai.
• 2+ years leading executive discussions and solutioning for data analytics engagements.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement planning, budgeting, staffing, and team mobilization for data and AI initiatives.
• Define deliverable structure and content; manage quality, timelines, economics, and engagement risk.
• Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors and facilitate buy-in for proposed solutions.

Work you'll do

As an Associate Vice President, AI and Data Solutions on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for:

• Lead engagement planning, budgeting, staffing, and team mobilization for data and AI initiatives
• Define deliverable structure and content; manage quality, timelines, economics, and engagement risk
• Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors and facilitate buy-in for proposed solutions
• Lead business development activities, including client relationship development, pursuit leadership, proposal development, and pricing strategy input
• Coach and develop practitioners through counseling, staffing input, recruitment, retention, and delivery team leadership

Qualifications

Required

• 10+ years of consulting experience in enterprise data architecture, data strategy, analytics, AI/ML, and digital transformation, including enterprise-level Palantir experience combining hands-on Foundry architecture, program leadership, responsible AI, team management, and delivery across multiple client sectors.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, including designing ontologies and semantic data models, building automated data pipelines, and developing operational applications, workflows, and dashboards.
• 5+ years of experience using Python and several of the following technologies: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Databricks, AWS, Azure Machine Learning, or Amazon SageMaker.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud-native and DevOps technologies, including Kubernetes, Docker, Git, MLflow, Airflow, and Jupyter.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing robotic process automation or business process automation solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, K2, Appian, or Kore.ai.
• 2+ years of experience leading executive-level discussions, providing strategic technology advice, and supporting the sale and solutioning of data and analytics professional services engagements.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

• Experience in creating critical collaterals for client workshops and customer interactive sessions
• Experience presenting to large/small and technical/non-technical audiences
