Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced leader to architect and deliver enterprise AI solutions. You will drive demonstrations, workshops, and governance deep-dives while translating complex business needs into executable work packages.

You will collaborate with sales, delivery, and platform engineering to shape data foundations, design knowledge graphs, and deploy AI-enabled workflows in production environments. Expect travel and senior-level collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
10+ years in software/data/AI delivery with at least 4 years in customer-facing roles.
Presales or sales engineering track record including owning the technical win and delivering demos.
Enterprise-scale Palantir Foundry experience including data modeling and pipelines.
Hands-on Palantir AIP expertise and production AI delivery experience.

Job description

Drive top-of-funnel opportunity creation with sales, account teams, and partner alliances through working demonstrations
Lead on-site discovery, diagnose business challenges, map customer data landscapes, and co-design AI solutions
Own the technical narrative through art-of-the-possible sessions, architecture workshops, platform evaluations, security and governance deep dives, and executive briefings
Translate customer business and IT needs into Statements of Work and actionable, estimable work packages
Develop business cases and ROI models connecting AI ambitions to data foundation requirements
Identify expansion opportunities in existing accounts with sales and customer success
Document architecture, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and success criteria and hand off to delivery
Build rapid proofs of concept and working prototypes
Design and demonstrate agentic AI workflows, RAG pipelines, knowledge graphs, and real-time decision-making applications
Architect production-grade enterprise AI applications on partner platforms, Rackspace Private Cloud, GPU infrastructure, and AWS
Design ontologies and semantic models for enterprise data
Build demonstration data pipelines using ETL/ELT patterns, vector databases, and knowledge base frameworks
Build versioned, observable, auditable, and evaluated prototypes
Maintain reusable demo assets, accelerators, and sandbox environments
Build reusable intellectual property through reference architectures, accelerators, frameworks, and best practices
Mentor Solution Architects and solutions engineers
Provide field insights to Platform Engineering, Product, and partner alliance teams
Contribute thought leadership through reference architectures, writing, conferences, and partner events
Stay engaged as technical advisor through delivery mobilization

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, or a related technical field; additional relevant experience may substitute at the manager's discretion
10+ years in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML delivery, including at least 4 years in customer-facing, presales, or field engineering roles
Presales or sales engineering track record, including owning the technical win, building and delivering demonstrations, and authoring Statements of Work
Enterprise-scale Palantir Foundry experience, including data modeling, pipeline development, ontology design, and operational workflows
Hands-on Palantir AIP expertise
Production enterprise-scale AI/ML application delivery experience
Python proficiency required, plus Node.js/Go, React/Vue, and SQL/NoSQL databases
Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, data pipelines, application dashboards, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration frameworks
Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud-native deployment patterns, and familiarity with GPU infrastructure
Experience integrating ERP, CRM, data warehouses, data lakes, and streaming architectures
Working knowledge of at least one hyperscaler's AI and data service portfolio; AWS preferred
Ability to translate business and IT needs into Statements of Work or Scope Addenda
Excellent communication skills for C-suite presentations, technical workshops, and cross-functional collaboration
Ability to travel approximately 25%
Unrestricted right to work in the US without sponsorship
AWS Certified Solution Architect required or ability to certify within 90 days of hire
Palantir certification strongly preferred, or ability to certify within 90 days of hire
Advanced degree, consulting, AI startup, knowledge graph, semantic modeling, agentic AI, lakehouse, AI platform, GPU/private cloud, industry certification, regulated-industry, domain, or published thought-leadership experience preferred
