Qualifications

• 1–3 years of data science, ML, or applied AI experience.

• Familiarity with data analysis and ML fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R for ML workflows.
• SQL and relational databases experience.
• Exposure to agentic AI or orchestration frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and generative AI applications, from prototypes to production.
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Strategy & Growth to translate business challenges into AI workflows.
• Perform data analytics, ETL, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses as needed.
• Support in‑house digital products with potential commercial value.
• Explore emerging AI tech and practical applications for the team.
