Job summary

You will partner with data scientists, AI engineers, and product managers to drive measurable impact and smooth execution across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience translating complex technical details into actionable plans and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in technical field (academic, research-based, or professional environment).
• 2+ years of experience managing technical projects in Agile environments.
• 2+ years of experience managing data science or AI projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of AI and data science projects from planning through implementation.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to manage dependencies and ensure clarity of requirements.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives, while driving accountability.
• Help stakeholders understand what's possible with AI and translate that into actionable project requirements.
• Manage complexity across budget, timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
• Navigate ambiguity, turning challenges into actionable plans.
