Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years in a technical field (academic, research-based or professional).
• 4+ years of experience managing technical projects in Agile environments.
• 2+ years of experience managing complex technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of a portfolio of AI and data science projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate across technical and non-technical teams to manage dependencies and clear requirements.
• Lead agile ceremonies, including scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Translate AI capabilities into actionable project requirements for stakeholders.
• Manage budget, timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations; identify risks and mitigation plans.
