Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Information Systems, Statistics, OR, Data Science, Analytics, CS, Engineering, ML or related field with 5 years post-baccalaureate experience; or Master's with 4 years of related work experience.
• 3 years in external advisory services, external consulting, or customer success.
• 4 years hands-on AI/ML/data science or data engineering.
• 4 years of Python experience.
• 2 years combined experience using 2+ Generative AI models/frameworks (OpenAI, open-source LLMs, Langchain, etc.).
• 1 year GIT and Azure DevOps with Agile tools.
• 2 years designing ML models and deploying end-to-end ML workflows on major cloud platform.
• 4 years with SQL, Pandas, or Spark.
• 2 years containerization and scaling models; integrating feedback from downstream systems.
• 2 years managing technical teams.
• Up to 80% travel (10% international) for client work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data science, big data, and OR techniques to design and maintain scalable solutions.
• Unify, enrich and analyze data from multiple sources for meaningful decisions.
• Lead and motivate diverse project teams; maintain client relationships.
• Identify business value and drive data-driven recommendations across engagements.
