Job summary

You will drive data ingestion, processing and analytics, mentor a diverse team, and coordinate with clients to deliver scalable AI-ready solutions. A strong background in data modeling, architecture, and cloud platforms is required.

You’ll join a hybrid team with a focus on delivering value, expanding EY’s data capabilities, and building long-term client relationships across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years progressive work experience.
• Master’s degree in a related field and 4 years of work experience accepted.
• 4+ years in data modeling, architecture and data engineering methods.
• 3 years of experience across Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms.
• 2+ years building data sets for analytics and model development.
• 2+ years end-to-end lifecycle of data engineering solutions.
• 2+ years experience with data tools (SQL, Pandas, Spark).
• 2+ years of experience with containerization and scaling models.
• 2+ years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Willing to travel up to 60% (10% international).

Responsibilities

• Lead data modeling, architecture and data engineering for client projects.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate with client stakeholders.
• Design, architect and develop data platforms to ingest, process and analyze large datasets.
• Drive business development and expand EY data capabilities.
