EisnerAmper, a leading accounting and advisory firm, is seeking a Consulting Senior Manager to drive AI advisory services and product strategy for client journeys. You will lead engagements, translate business needs into AI solutions, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver impact across portfolios.

Bring 8–10 years in product management or consulting, plus 5+ years in data/ML/AI products, with strong leadership and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–10 years of experience in product management, consulting, or technology leadership, preferably in client-facing roles.
• 5+ years of experience in data platforms, data products, machine learning, or AI products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and tailor engagements to client needs; lead engagements and manage stakeholders.
• Define and prioritize product/platform roadmaps for AI/ML/GenAI initiatives to align with business objectives.
• Stay updated on AI market trends and tools across industries to guide strategy.
• Collaborate with clients to translate requirements into AI/ML/GenAI solutions.
• Ensure successful project delivery within timelines and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with partner teams to extend value and services for AI initiatives.
• Lead and mentor team members; provide guidance to staff and seniors.
• Identify and communicate risks related to delivery and AI product development.
• Occasionally work extended hours or travel to firm offices or client locations.
