Welocalize is seeking a Data Quality Lead to oversee teams of Data Quality Analysts in a 100% onsite role across multiple U.S. cities, including Burlingame. You will guide quality definition, measurement, and improvement in a human-in-the-loop environment, bridging analysts and stakeholders.

The role requires 5–8 years in data quality or AI/ML operations, 2+ years leading teams, and a university degree with strong English proficiency. Candidates with multilingual skills are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of experience in data quality, QA, AI/ML operations, or related fields.
• 2+ years leading teams in data quality, QA, or AI/ML-related work at scale.
• Native-level English proficiency and a university degree.
• Proficiency in languages other than English preferred, with interest in French, Italian, German, Spanish, or Brazilian Portuguese.
