Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory in Houston, TX is seeking an Associate Product Manager for Data Accelerators to support rapid discovery, design, prototyping, and validation of AI-powered product opportunities.

You will work closely with product, editorial, engineering, sales, and customers to quickly test ideas, demonstrate value, gather feedback, and help determine concepts that advance toward the roadmap, with a strong emphasis on execution.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business problems into clear solution concepts and requirements.
• Proven ability to build, support, or validate prototypes, demos, or internal tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Understanding of generative AI and its practical application to workflows.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, editorial, sales, and customers.
• Experience with rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to identify customer problems and AI opportunities.
• Translate ambiguous needs into clear problem statements, requirements, and user flows.
• Support customer discovery sessions and solution workshops.
• Build and iterate AI-powered proof-of-concepts demonstrating feasibility and value.
• Collaborate with Editorial and SMEs to understand domain content and workflows.
• Apply AI approaches to content enrichment, structured outputs, and decision-support use cases.
• Present prototypes and demos to stakeholders, customers, and sales teams.
• Gather feedback to refine concepts and inform the product roadmap.
• Create lightweight documentation covering workflow design, assumptions, risks, and data needs.
• Partner with Engineering to assess feasibility and transition concepts into planning.
• Work with Sales and Customer Success on customer-facing innovation discussions.
