Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a capable Agentic AI Product Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain AI-enabled software for enterprise applications. You will work with product owners, architects, QA, DevOps, and tax experts to deliver secure, scalable solutions and AI-powered workflows.

The role focuses on building AI features, APIs, and cloud components with a strong emphasis on security, reliability, and customer value in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience building web applications, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and AI-enabled apps.
• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud services.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
• Understanding secure software development practices and data privacy.
• Experience working in an Agile software lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, debug, implement, and maintain software.
• Build secure, scalable, and maintainable software.
• Create AI-powered features using LLMs, prompt engineering, and retrieval methods.
• Develop and integrate APIs and cloud-based components.
• Implement agentic AI solutions and intelligent workflows.
• Develop integrations between AI services, rules, and components.
• Participate in testing and validation to improve AI features.
• Troubleshoot defects, AI workflow issues, and incidents.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring on Azure DevOps.
