Job summary

LexisNexis is launching an internal AI initiatives program and seeks a Product Manager to lead discovery, prioritization, and delivery of AI-powered, employee-facing solutions. You will partner with internal teams to identify high-value opportunities, define sharp roadmaps, and measure adoption and impact across business domains.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in an agile environment.
• Proven ability to discover problems, define roadmaps, and ship outcomes.
• Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools and current AI product trends.
• Experience building or managing AI-enabled workflow tools in an enterprise context.
• Strong partnership mindset with engineering leaders and contributors.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to understand workflows and translate them into opportunities.
• Create and manage a prioritized, cross-domain roadmap of high-impact use cases.
• Define success metrics and report adoption and satisfaction; iterate based on data.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery in an agile model with engineers and stakeholders.
• Frame AI-first product development across the SDLC and share learnings enterprise-wide.
• Document patterns and artifacts to enable reuse across the organization.
