Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program management, data operations, or technical operations roles supporting AI/ML/data-driven product development
• or 2+ years with a Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
• Fundamental understanding of AI/ML model development and data requirements across the model lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver product data operations programs supporting AI model training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines
• Define data requirements, align on quality standards, and prioritize data collection and annotation efforts
• Identify bottlenecks in labeling and curation workflows to ensure timely delivery of training datasets
• Break down data operations challenges into manageable components and design scalable solutions
• Develop and maintain program documentation including governance frameworks and milestones
• Engage stakeholders to align on direction and surface risks proactively
• Track program health metrics and adapt communications to audiences
• Leverage AI tools and workflow automation to improve efficiency and quality
• Contribute to team goals by translating insights into actionable recommendations
• Adapt plans in response to priorities and data availability constraints
