Job summary

Meta is seeking a Program Manager to lead AI data operations and product data initiatives that support the Superintelligence Lab. You will oversee end-to-end data pipelines, labeling, and annotation workflows to ensure high-quality data for AI features.

You will collaborate with researchers, engineers, product and operations teams to translate complex data challenges into scalable solutions and maintain governance and milestones across projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program management or data operations experience in AI-enabled product contexts.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with data pipelines, labeling, or AI training data quality.
• Strong ability to translate data challenges into scalable program plans and roadmaps.
• Proven track record of aligning research, engineering, and product teams.
• Experience communicating complex data needs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with data governance, risk management, and workflow documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver product data operations programs supporting AI model pipelines.
• Partner with research, engineering, and product teams to define data requirements and quality standards.
• Identify bottlenecks in labeling, annotation, and curation workflows to ensure timely data.
• Break down data operations challenges into scalable components and roadmaps.
• Develop program docs including governance, workflows, risk registers, and milestones.
• Engage stakeholders to align on direction, surface risks, and unblock work.
• Track program health metrics like throughput, quality, and timelines for diverse audiences.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and scale learnings.
• Contribute insights from data performance to AI product teams for action.
• Adapt plans to shifting priorities or data constraints while focusing on high-impact deliverables.
