Job summary

Allegis Group seeks an IS Manager, Connected Incubation Hub, to lead a cross-functional team exploring, validating, and delivering emerging technology capabilities across Allegis Group and its operating companies. This role intersects AI, data science, product, architecture, and business workflows, turning opportunities into experiments and pilots with scale or stop decisions.

Qualifications

Experience leading cross-functional development teams in an Agile environment.
Experience delivering capabilities through Agile, iterative, product, or experimentation-based methods.
Experience with enterprise-scale applications, cloud platforms, data products, AI or machine learning capabilities, or comparable emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of AI and ML experiments across recruiter and seller experiences.
Translate hypotheses into research plans, prototypes, pilots, and measurable criteria.
Partner with Product and UX to define user needs and prioritize opportunities.
Collaborate with Architecture and Engineering on feasibility and production paths.
Coordinate governance with Legal, Security, Privacy, and AI COE.
Drive movement from intake to scale or sunset decisions.
Contribute metrics for adoption, accuracy, latency, and ROI.
