Responsibilities

• Build data pipelines and evaluation systems around calls, leads, jobs, schedules, and payments.
• Develop and improve models for receptionist workflows, lead qualification, scheduling assistance, and operational recommendations.
• Create feedback loops so real outcomes improve the product over time.
• Work with engineering to put models into reliable, observable product workflows.
