Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Engineering, or Data Science.
• 4+ years in technical program/project management in AI/ML/data ops.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Proven track record delivering client-facing data projects to spec.
• Strong analytical skills with quality metrics and dataset analysis.
• Excellent client management and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned client engagements from kickoff to completion.
• Build and manage human data for AI/ML products.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects on track.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify risks and drive process improvements.
• Contribute to delivery improvements as bandwidth allows.
