Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a highly motivated Change Manager for Collins DT’s Data, Analytics, and AI team in the Charlotte, NC area. This hybrid role focuses on delivering comprehensive change strategies surrounding data governance, AI deployment, and enterprise analytics initiatives.

You will partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure adoption, training, and communications are aligned with business goals, driving measurable value and sustaining change across the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree with 8+ years relevant experience or advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide change initiatives across Digital Technology, Data Platforms/Products, Analytics, AI, IT infrastructure, applications, and governance.
• Develop and execute change management plans including communications, sponsorship, training, and metrics.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive ownership and influence and align with enterprise strategy.
• Define, measure, and report success metrics for change efforts.
