Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet in Houston, TX is seeking a Program Manager with NPI and manufacturing experience to lead AI, server, and data center programs from development through mass production. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure manufacturing readiness (DFM, ramp planning) while mitigating risks and delivering on time.

Qualifications

2–3 years of program or project management experience, preferably in NPI or manufacturing.
Exposure to AI, server, or data center hardware programs is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint; Project or similar tools a plus).

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end program management for AI, server, and data center NPI programs
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operations
Develop and track project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Drive execution to meet program schedules and production readiness targets
Identify risks and issues early; support mitigation and escalation as needed
Facilitate regular program meetings and provide clear status updates to stakeholders and leadership
