You will develop time studies, capacity models, and labor standards to boost throughput and quality while supporting NPI and automation initiatives.

The role emphasizes data analysis, continuous improvement, and mentoring of junior engineers in a fast-paced environment, with close collaboration across Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in industrial engineering in electronics/high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with high-mix/high-volume electronics manufacturing (SMT, PCBA).
• Proficiency in time studies, capacity planning, line balancing, and labor modeling.
• Strong data analysis skills with Excel, Minitab, Power BI, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization to improve efficiency, throughput, and quality.
• Develop time studies, line balancing, capacity models, and labor standards.
• Support NPI to ensure manufacturability and ramp readiness.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management; mentor juniors.
