Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII in Houston, TX seeks a Program Manager with NPI and manufacturing experience to lead AI, server, and data center programs from development through mass production. You will ensure schedules, costs, and quality targets are met, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operations.

The role requires 2–3 years of PM experience in NPI/manufacturing, familiarity with AI/server hardware, and a bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

2–3 years of PM experience in NPI/manufacturing
Experience with AI, server or data center hardware is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end program management for AI, server, and data center NPI programs
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operations
Develop and track project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Drive execution to meet program schedules and production readiness targets
Identify risks and issues early; support mitigation and escalation as needed
Facilitate regular program meetings and provide clear status updates to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure alignment between product development and manufacturing readiness (DFM, ramp planning)
Support transition from prototype builds to mass production
