Job summary

Cirrascale Cloud Services seeks a Data Center Development Analyst to lead qualification and analysis of data centre opportunities. You will work with brokers, operators, and infrastructure providers to gather critical data, assess feasibility, and prepare concise recommendations for executive review.

You will manage multiple opportunities, coordinate activities across teams, and help move qualified projects toward execution while supporting ongoing pipeline reporting and due diligence.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in data centre operations, infra development, or related field.
• Knowledge of data centre power, cooling, capacity and infra needs.
• Ability to evaluate commercial proposals and pricing structures.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming data centre opportunities and determine fit.
• Gather facility data: capacity, power, cooling, timing.
• Develop analyses and summaries for Director review.
• Coordinate with brokers, operators, and vendors.
• Maintain opportunity pipeline and track next steps.
• Support due diligence and executive reporting.
